Boston, MA, July 1, 2011 — Altran Control Solutions, a leading global provider of risk management and consulting, internal audit and information technology solutions, announced today that it is reverting back to its original name Control Solutions International, Inc. following last year’s successful management buy-out from its former parent Altran, a multi-billion dollar Paris, France based consulting conglomerate.
While we now have a slightly different name we are still the same company. We continue to focus on our mission of providing a broad array of high quality risk consulting and internal audit services using our client’s preferred staffing model. We maintain our ability to be a global provider of great innovation in the most highly technical and specialized areas yet are able to deliver the most routine of internal audit and staff augmentation solutions.
This is an exciting time for Control Solutions International. We are clearly a better company for having been part of the Altran family, however with our 20th year anniversary approaching, we now in a position where we have greater flexibility to focus on the specific needs of the markets we serve, and provide a higher degree of independence to the solutions which serve the demands of our global network of clients.
